General Description
The NJU7387 is a 3-phase brushless DC motor controller with 150° turn-on angle and lead angle control functions, which provides low vibration, low noise and high efficiency motor driving. The NJU7387 generates 3-phase sequence with 150° turn on angle by external hall signal and arbitrary lead angle setup. Internal clock generator provides synchronous pulse for controller of lead angle, PWM, current limit and bootstrap functions. The NJU7387 is control IC only for a low voltage power supply. Therefore, it is suitable for the high power application which combined NchMOS FET, HVIC, and gate driver, and the control circuit which uses IPM.
