    PS=on (Vps= -0.3V to +0.6V ) 13µA typ. @ V+=2V, no input signal)
    note: During power saving mode ON, operation of wave forming stops.
  • Input bias current (50nA typ.)
  • Excellent response time (
    1.2µsec typ. @ input signal level: 1050mV → 950mV
    1.2µsec typ. @ input signal level: 950mV → 1050mV)

General Description
The NJM2299 is a low - current wave shaping circuit to change a noisy or weak demodulated FSK signal to the original digital signal. Low bit-rate demodulated signal is especially suitable for input signal. Our unique circuit features excellent response characteristics for intermittent operation. It may be also helpful to prevent the read-error of the data including continuous '00' or 'FF' data.
