New Japan Radio releases the NJU7029, Low Noise CMOS Dual Operational Amplifier

New Japan Radio Co., Ltd. formally announces Low Noise CMOS Dual Operational Amplifier of NJU7029 with Rail-to-Rail output, which is optimal for optical sensors of signal process such as acceleration sensors and vibration sensors.

The NJU7029, which specification was followed the ones of low noise CMOS single operational amplifier of NJU7009 (released on 6/28 in 2006) with Rail-to-Rail output, a dual CMOS operational amplifier.

The NJU7029 has low noise(13nV/√Hz typ. at f=1kHz), wide gain band width (3MHz) and low voltage operation(from 2.2V). Due to excellent input bias current 1pA(typ), even if tiny input signals of a several kind of sensors are come, they can be amplified with few errors.

NJU7029 with Rail-to-Rail output, which has characteristics of low noise, low bias current and high-input impedance, is optimal for application of acceleration / direction of motion constructing charge amps by combination with acceleration sensors or vibration sensors and Current-to-Voltage converter circuits combined with photo diodes.

Compared with our previous CMOS Op-Amps;
  1. Due to excellent noise characteristic, optimal for tiny AC signal processes from acceleration sensors or optical sensors.
  2. Due to unity gain band width (3MHz), realized low distortion happened in signal processes of acceleration and vibration detection.
  3. Guaranteed characteristics at 3 points of voltage (2.2V, 3V, 5V) within operating voltage from 2.2V to 5.5V.
