The New Japan Radio Group will provide products and services meeting society's and customer's expectations and quality needs using the unique technologies and ingenuity of all members.
New JRC is making concerted efforts to give top priority meeting "society's and customer's expectations and quality needs". The company has been implementing measures for total quality management (TQM) since 1984, and has tirelessly pursued elimination of waste, imbalance, and incoherence in business operations, as well as achievement of Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD). The company acquired ISO 9001 certification in 1994 when the ISO 9000 series first started to become widespread in Japan, and by 1996, all the related companies at home and abroad engaged in production had acquired certification.
Moreover, in order to achieve higher quality and customer satisfaction, we started to enhance "quality management" in 2005, by reorganizing our educational programs for quality and carrying out more projects to produce higher quality products.
New JRC also obtained ISO/TS16949 (the international quality management system standard for automobile industry sector) certification in March 2007.
